About Us Armyrations.co.uk started as a small eBay shop during late 2000. Currently we have our own web server hosting our own web shop!

What do we sell?

We sell primarily army rations, or army based rations. In addtition we supply other items related to the military. Our products, we believe, are the freshest available and we go to great lengths to make sure that we get our stock from the suppliers of the MOD.

Have we got a shop?

In a word, no. We don't have a traditional high street shop, we are completely web based. This means our overheads are lower and we can give you the best prices!

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you between 1-2 business days.

You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
