PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your order as well as a Adobe PDF version of your invoice (a hard copy will be included in your package).

After this time you can check the status of the order by logging into the website and looking at the orders section or by contacting us by email store@armyrations.co.uk .

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Please note, that you are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that are levied when your order reaches your country.  You are welcome to contact us for more information.

DELIVERY TIMINGS

We aim to ship your goods within two working days, and for goods sent by courier within mainland UK we aim to have them with you by the next working day after your order has been sent.

Any items sent by Royal Mail will take 3 - 4 working days to arrive, although in experience we expect delivery within 2 - 3 working days, but cannot guarantee this.

Any overseas order delivery times are dependant on the country and the carrier, you can contact us to find out this information.

For out of stock products, you will be notified by telephone or email that the item within your order is unavailable. You will be told the expected date of arrival for that out of stock item, and you can of course get a refund on that product or cancel the order.

RETURNS POLICY

Armyrations.co.uk operates a 14 day return guarantee.

If you are unhappy with your order, please return the specific item or items unopened, in the original packaging and condition, to our address within fourteen days of the date that you received the order.

We will credit back the credit / debit card that you used to purchase the item or items. 

Products that have been used or fitted will only be accepted for return if they are found to be faulty.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us via email store@armyrations.co.uk to advise us that you are returning goods.
  2. Re-package the items in the original shipping containers (or containers suitable for shipping).
  3. Please include a note with your contact details or a copy / original invoice within the packaging along with a reason for the return.
  4. If the return is due to a fault with the goods, please include a description of the fault.
  5. Send to:

It is recommended that you use a registered or recorded delivery method for your own protection.

FAULTY GOODS
If any goods are found to be faulty, you can return the product within a reasonable period of time. A refund for the price of the product, the proportion of the outward delivery charge, and the costs incurred by you returning the product will be credited to your credit or debit card that was used to purchase the goods. 

Please note that due to operational circumstances any packs / rations may have different contents than the pictures or descriptions state. This rarely happens, but when it does the supplier will ensure that the meal is close to the original and complies with dietary requirements of the original meal / contents.  This is not a fault of the goods.
